About the Author:
Elodie Iver is the award-winning author of The Violet Theory and When the Blackbird Sings.
Elodie has always been an avid reader and writer, and published her first book at the age of 17 when she was a senior in high school. She is a proud Texas Womanโs University graduate, where she studied English with an emphasis in writing and rhetoric.
After graduation, Elodie moved to the rocky mountains and is currently residing in Colorado Springs. Always a southerner at heart, she is currently working on branching out from the young adult dystopian novel, and is working on a southern gothic project about a corrupted small town resting in the bayous of East Texas.
When she isnโt busy writing, she spends her free time hiking the Rockies, going on road trips, and wandering in the woods.
